Josh has been working in the construction industry since 2014. His experience lies mostly within the commercial building sector, and stretches from project conception all the way through execution in the field.
As a construction manager, Josh has worked with clients and design teams through all design phases of a project. He can build accurate cost estimates and project schedules. He believes a large part of a project’s success lies in the quality of the work & coordination effort of the construction manager during this preconstruction phase.
In the field, he has held project management roles including field & project engineer, superintendent, and project manager. He can plan, schedule, and manage a project from start to finish. His strengths include his attention to detail in the planning and execution of the work.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and also a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
Josh coincidently met his wife, Belle, while working on a construction project. He and his wife now raise their 2 young children in Phoenix, AZ.
