Provided preconstruction services to City of Mesa, including estimating and budgeting.
Project consists of twenty-four million gallons per day (MGD) water treatment plant in Mesa, AZ. Facilities include raw water control, emergency retention basin, treatment complex, on-site sodium hypochlorite facilities, carbon dioxide and generation facility, ozone generation and operations building.
