Hansen CMG provided preconstruction services for this two-story, 83,000 sf, multifunctional recreation center. The project included a unique structurally insulated wall system mixed with extensive glazing and shade structures to create a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified facility with maximum day lighting and minimal environmental impact.
