Director of Preconstruction for the ground up 37 story, 1,450,000 SF Paris Hotel Tower and Casino. Tower included 2,922 rooms, 500,000 SF of restaurant, casino, health club and retail space. Project scope also included the scaled model of the Eiffel Tower.
