This two level multi-purpose building consists of classrooms, offices, food service, a Starbucks, six performing stages, lighting, state of the art audiovisual system, acoustical upgrades, and a second-story patio area surrounded by large canopies. This building was the second of two constructed by HCMG within the existing campus and on-going operations, without any disruptions to the facility operations or public. Both buildings include structural steel framing as well as heavy & light gauge steel stud framing.
Hansen provided exceptional preconstruction services during the design phase including, phase planning, cost estimating, value engineering, alternative building systems analysis, scheduling, long lead item analysis and procurement, constructability review, while assisting in the design, permitting and early procurement of long lead items.
