This two level multi-purpose building consists of classrooms, offices and theatre / concert venue space with a state of the art audiovisual system. The building was one of two constructed within an existing campus and on-going operations. Hansen’s team worked alongside the church staff to assure no disruptions to the facility operations or public.
Hansen delivered the project as the Construction Manager at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Design assist scope of work in preconstruction included phase planning, cost estimating, value engineering, alternative building systems analysis, scheduling, long lead item analysis and procurement, constructability review, permitting and early procurement of long lead items.
