Provided Construction Management Services including budget review, cost estimate, constructability, and schedule reviews of Front End Engineering Development EPC (FEED). Project is designed to recover CO2 from the Tail Gas Treating Unit Absorber overhead stream in each of the existing SRU trains at the Shah Plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
